Katherine’s Savory Meatloaf Recipe

For years, Katherine has been making this delicious and savory meatloaf for our family. If you need a new dinner idea or just looking for a twist to your own meatloaf recipe, try this one. We know you’ll love it as much as we do!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs Dragonfly Farms ground beef

  • ¾ cup dry oatmeal (not instant)

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients and put into loaf pan.

  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, then 350 degrees for 20 minutes (meat thermometer should read 160 degrees).

Optional: Include 1 tbsp Worcestershire, ¼ tsp dried sage, and/or 1 clove minced garlic.
