Enjoy A Farm Stay
Enjoy time on our farm with friends or family at our charming farmhouse. It is on a private, quiet side of the farm with its own entrance from the road. The house has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room and dining area and a kitchen equipped with the basics for cooking delicious meals.
There is a 2 acre pond downhill from the house stocked with largemouth bass, sunfish and crappie. Bring your fishing poles to fish from the dock. Canoes and kayaks are welcome too.
If you are interested in birding, all the different habitats so close to the house create an opportunity to see and hear many types of birds and other wildlife. We are working on a map of the farm for self guided exploring.
While staying with us you may schedule a tour or trail ride. You can purchase our meats and eggs to enjoy with your meals. We can even create a customized educational day for your group if you give us some notice, giving you a more in depth understanding of whatever area of interest you want to focus on, if it’s cattle, sheep or pigs, grazing management, wildlife habitat or the business of regenerative farming.
If you want to have a family reunion, a corporate retreat, a wedding or rehearsal dinner or anything like this, reach out to us. We have the staff and capabilities to help put together some wonderful events.
We are 15 minutes to Lake Anna. We are close to Virginia’s wine country. Charlottesville is 45 minutes away and Richmond is an hour. The Skyline Drive is about an hour away.
