  • Whole or Half Steer

    $6.50/lb of hanging weight, plus butchering fees

    A whole or half steer can be customized to your preferences. We will send you a cutsheet and can help you fill it out.

  • Quarter Steer

    $1,000

    A quarter steer is just the right amount of beef for lots of families. We use a standard way of having the meat butchered to offer you our favorites. A quarter will give you 80 pounds of beef.

  • Family Pack

    $315

    A 25 pound family pack is a great starter package that can fit in a regular freezer. This includes 8 lbs of ground beef, 8 lbs of roasts, 5 lbs of steaks and then brisket, short ribs, stew meat, etc.
